We arrive curbside on your assigned cleaning day between 8am-8pm (either on TRASH DAY or the NEXT DAY) after trash is collected. This ensures your trash cans are empty and ready to be cleaned, without any inconvenience to you.
When you spray out your trash can with a hose and cold water, you are not effectively cleaning anything, and using excessive amounts of water (avg. 50gal). It takes 149° or above water to effectively kill germs and bacteria according to the World Health Organization. Not to mention, all the run-off from your trash can rinse ends up in storm drains and eventually into our rivers and oceans. If you use bleach, you are doing environmental damage.
Our cleaning equipment is specifically designed to sanitize and deodorize your trash cans, while only using 2-4gal of water per can. We use industrial trash can lifts and rotating spray heads to apply 180-200°F hot water and steam at high pressure (4000psi) inside and outside of your trash cans, killing odor causing bacteria and viruses. All the wastewater is filtered and collected on our equipment for responsible disposal, with no debris left behind.
You are left with a clean, germ-free trash can that smells great!

With all of the rotting food, disposable diapers, and other disgusting items we throw into our trash cans, it is no wonder that we cringe every time we take out the trash. Waste, liquids in particular, can leak through even the smallest of tears in a trash bag and seep into the pores of a trash can. This can make your trash can smell horrible, even when it is empty. Cleaning your trash can regularly can get rid of this odor.
Throwing away old food, and used diapers can infect your trash can with germs and diseases, such as Salmonella, Listeria, and E-Coli. Sanitizing your trash bins will kill these germs, and help keep you and your family safe.
Have you noticed flies hovering around your trash cans? According to the Washington State Department of Ecology, flies are attracted to odors, and lay their eggs in “moist, organic material.” While having flies around your trash cans is disgusting, it’s even worse to find maggots (baby flies), crawling through your rubbish. Keeping your trash can odor free will keep flies from finding them.
Animals are often attracted to food and odors found in trash cans. Once they find your trash, it can be very hard to stop them from coming back. Rodents, wild dogs or cats, and even raccoons can often be found rummaging through trash cans. If your trash cans are cleaned out regularly, there is nothing to draw their attention.
When your trash cans look nice and clean, it’s not as much of a chore to take the trash out. You don’t have to worry about accidentally smudging your clothes, or encountering unwanted smells or pests. It also gives your property a sense of curb appeal, and embodies a clean and healthy lifestyle.
Our service captures all the waste that comes out of your trash cans so it can be safety disposed of at wastewater sites throughout the county. This prevents spillage from your trash cans from reaching the storm drains and ending up in our rivers, lakes and ocean.

Discoloration on your roof is caused by organic growth (mold, mildew etc.) attached to your roof tiles/shingles. Over time, this growth can cause deterioration of your roofing material, leading to premature replacement being required.
Using a process known as "soft washing," we safely and effectively wash away this growth, restoring your roof to near original condition.
Concrete, brick, tile, pavers are often porous, allowing dirt and organic growth to cause the surface to become discolored. Not only does this reduce the visual appeal of your driveways & walkways, it can become a slip-and-fall hazard.
Using pressurized water, we completely remove dirt/contaminants from these surfaces and restore their visual appeal.
Whether your homes siding is stucco, brick, vinyl or treated wood, it can become dirty and negatively impact your homes value. In some HOA communities, this can also lead to warnings/fines for neglect.
Using a special blend of chemicals and soaps, we clean and rejuvenate your homes siding, increasing curb appeal & homeowner pride.
